Narrative Synopsis (Extended Version):

When Jack Pierce received the distress call from his girlfriend Jane near Hollow Hill Cemetery, he didn’t hesitate for a second. The connection was weak, only a few broken words... and then silence. Jane and her dog were on their way to her countryside house near the forgotten town of Tonvillage, but a road diversion forced her onto the old path that ran alongside the abandoned cemetery.

That was the last time anyone heard from her.

Jack, a seasoned police veteran, knew all too well the rumors surrounding that place: stories of disappearances, pagan rituals, and ghostly apparitions. Legends he preferred to ignore... until now.

When he arrived, he found Jane’s car stranded by the roadside, the driver’s door left open and the engine dead. No sign of her or her dog, Balto. Only the heavy silence of the night and the whisper of the wind weaving through broken gravestones.

And then, a guttural sound emerged from deep within the cemetery.

Instinct and desperation took hold of him. He opened the trunk and grabbed his service weapon. If something had happened to Jane, he would uncover the truth... even if he had to walk through the gates of hell to do it.

What Jack didn’t know was that he was about to unleash the storm.

Armed only with his service pistol, Jack enters Hollow Hills determined to find Jane before it's too late. His trusted Beretta 98 and a handful of magazines may be enough to survive the first encounters, but ammunition is scarce and every shot matters.

Throughout the nightmare, players will need to carefully manage their resources. Additional ammunition can occasionally be found while exploring the environment, rewarding those who search every corner of the cemetery and its surrounding areas.

In GhoulStorm, survival is not only about accuracy, but also about decision-making. Waste too many bullets, and you may find yourself facing the darkness with no way to fight back.

Jack's trusted Beretta 98 is his primary tool for survival against the horrors that infest Hollow Hills. While reliable and accurate, ammunition is limited, making every shot a critical decision.

Players can maximize their efficiency by targeting enemy weak points. A well-placed headshot will usually eliminate standard undead enemies instantly, while shots to other parts of the body may require several rounds to bring them down.

Designed specifically for VR, the weapon can be transferred seamlessly between hands at any time, allowing both right-handed and left-handed players to choose the most comfortable playstyle during combat.

Ammunition can be discovered throughout the environment. Simply approach ammunition pickups to collect them and keep fighting against the growing nightmare.
