Jane's car breaks down beside the gates of Hollow Hills Cemetery.
While waiting for Jack to come and help her, her dog Balto hears something coming from inside the cemetery. Before Jane can stop him, Balto runs through the gates and disappears into the darkness.
Jane calls for him, but there is no answer.
She has no choice but to enter the cemetery and search for her dog.
What Jane doesn't know is that Balto has led her straight into the nightmare.
And Jack is already on his way.
With only his Beretta 98 and limited ammunition, Jack enters Hollow Hills searching for Jane. But the deeper he goes, the more he realizes that something is terribly wrong.
